Taxes

Peter Koo understands the plight of the New York City taxpayer, he recognizes that the Government is taxing people out of New York City as our residents seek greener pastures in other areas of our great nation. He realizes the need for fiscal restraint in city spending. Time and time again experience has shown instead of taxation we need to expand our tax base, not by raising taxes, but by greatly reducing them to spur economic growth. We need to encourage people to stay, live, work and raise their families here in New York City - this is the way to help stimulate our struggling economy. The time is now to assist the overburdened middle class and working families.
